JEHOVAH'S ANOINTED ONES
Jehovah has great love and concern for his anointed ones, and watches carefully over them. 1 Chron. 16:22; Ps. 2: 2-5; Ps. 105: 15
David recognized that God was the one who chose and appointed his anointed ones and that it was god who would judge them. To raise one's hand to do harm to Jehovah's anointed ones or any one whom he appointed would bring Jehovah's displeasure. 1Sam. 24: 6-7; Sam. 26: 11&23. Jehovah's anointed ones are forbidden to consult diviners, sorcerers and soothsayers. An anointed one who violates this moral rule faces death or ruin. 1 Chron. 10:12
An anointed one must eschew jealousy, greediness, cheating, stealing, fortune hunting and must not appear to be one whose needs are never satisfied and always crying for more and more. Prov. 30:15-16.
Relationship between anointed ones and Jehovah must be hearty, sincere and warm because God the Creator has firmly confirmed his watching over the anointed ones. Indeed Jehovah has been pleading his anointed ones' cause and will continue to do so always.
In the Court of Law, Jehovah shall condemn the persons who stand-up against Jehovah's anointed ones, and shall rebut every charge brought against them.
No weapon made by opponents to harm anointed ones shall prevail, because God created the smith and also created the destroyer to lay waste. Read Isaiah 54: 15-17. Thus god Jehovah's power guides and leads His anointed ones.
It is certainly not in vain, that there are in existence Jehovah's anointed ones and Prophets who are appointed while they were in their mother's wombs. Jer. 1:5&10.
Emphatically, Prophets and Anointed Ones are not appointed in broad daylight. They are selected before they are born.
People do feel envy of Prophets because God exercises His power to work miracles through them. King Ahab was jealous of Nabot on account of his vast vineyard. Read 1 Kings 21: 1-4. So, also, many a man are jealous of Prophets, simply because they are the intermediaries between god and mankind.
People think that the numerous salvation seekers who consult prophets donate colossal sums of money to these God's messengers. Consequently, some people arrogate to themselves the title of Prophets, even though they are ordinary men who have neither been appointed nor commissioned when they were in their mother's womb. Satan, therefore, has been craftily reveling things to them, and unknowingly, wont to accept such revelations to have come from God, Himself. Sadly enough their followers share the same belief.
Some members of the A.R.S. Church have taken to their ways of life, because they are jealous of Wovenu.
Saul, Jehovah's anointed one, envied David, intensely to the extent that waged war against David. 1Sam. 18:6-9, 11.
It is no joke if Jehovah's anointed person turns up to be something else. It is, indeed, frightening. I must, therefore, give a piece of advice to such people, while l am still alive, that they must make haste and mend their ways before it is too late for them to do so.
Prophets are appointed while they are in their mothers' womb, and are endowed with peculiar spiritual powers. They, courageously admonish without favour. II Sam. 12: 1-2.
I have lived to a ripe old age, and l do not know when l shall be called home to eternity by my maker. I am greatly troubled about members of the Church of A.R.Society, who are yet to be anointed.
What man shall live and not see death? Read Ps. 89:49.
Since l am aware of the fact that there will be a day when l shall be no more, my concern for members of the A.R.S. Church who are called by His grace, is therefore, paramount that if the Lord would spare my life, l shall endeavour to anoint then in the Name of God, Jehovah.
Likewise, I am inclined to anoint Christians of other religious denominations who are willing to be anointed, in order that, we shall all, harmoniously, be under the protective care of God, our creator. For, satan and his hose are trembling with rage to ruin or, harm us. However, Jehovah will fight for His anointed ones and save them from all evil.
Those who are desirous to be anointed shall be lectured for about half a day on the subject of anointing Christians. Therefore, would-be candidates for holy anointing are well advised to make the necessary provision for a day's stay at Tadzewu.
All the people who violate god's law relating to holy anointment must make haste and present themselves for sanctification and fresh anointing.
It is taken for granted that you will be greatly perturbed when
you read the following scriptures:- I Sam. 24: 11 I Sam. 26: 9-11. 2 Sam. 1: 14-16.
PROPHETS
Prophets do play a vital role in maintaining true worship. Their activity served as a check on the Kings of Israel and Judah, for they boldly reproved erring rulers. 2 Sam. 12: 1-12 and declared God's judgments against those who practiced wickedness. (1 Kings 14: 1-16; 1 Kings 16: 1- 7, 12).
When the Priesthood deviated and suffered corruption, the Prophets were Jehovah's means for strengthening the faith of a righteous remnant and for pointing the way back to God's favour for those who had strayed. Like Moses, Prophets on many occasions acted as intercessors, praying to god on behalf of Kings and people (Deut. 9:18-29) compare Jer. 7:16; 14:11-12. They gave hope for the future, as at times their messages fortold the blessings of Messiah's government. In this way, they benefited not only those then living but future generations down to our day. 1Peter 1:10-12. Yet in doing this, they endured great reproach, mockings and even physical mistreatment. (2 Chron.36: 15-16; Jer. 7: 25-26; Heb. 11: 32-38).
Those receiving then favourably, however, were blessed with spiritual and other benefits. I Kings 17: 8-24; 2Kings4: 8-37. Compare Mathew 10:41
GRACE TO BE SAID BEFORE AND AFTER MEALS
BEFORE MEALS
GOD, WE SUBMIT THIS MEAL TO THEE AS A GIFT FROM THINE BOUNTY. RE-BLESS IT, THAT PARTAKING OF IT WILL INCREASE THINE STRENGTH IN US.
AMEN
AFTER MEALS
GOD, RECEIVE OUR THANKS FOR THINE NOURISHMENT. FILL US WITH GOOD WORKS AS THOSE FEARFUL OF THY NAME AND ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL TO THEE. AMEN. OFFERING OF THE TITHE
1. The tithe is one-tenth of a man's net profit or earning realized out of his business or employment. It is a donation, which is divine. The offering of such donation confers prosperity on his vocation.
"Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if l will not open you the windows of heaven, --- and pour out a blessing, that there shall not
be room enough to receive it." Mal. 3:8-10. So also when a person neglects to offer the tithe he ruins his business.
2. Invisible locusts devour what he has sown for he has neglected very much the holy institution of God. Some of the important members of these invisible locusts are debt, reckless and undue expenditure, wanton waste, unthriftiness, depravation by thieves, sickness and business worried. Man has too many troubles and one can only save himself from them by the offering of the tithes. "And l will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts." Mal. 3:10-12.
3. Since the early days, God honors the offering of the tithe and regards it as an act of worship as it is an act of remembrance of Him, an act of gratefulness to Him for his loving kindness, tender mercies and gracious salvation and maintenance of all his creation; and also an acknowledgement of Him as the Supreme Being. For these three major reason, He blesses the soul of the giver, the giver's earthly body and his business as well as that all these should prosper. He endows the giver with righteousness, faith, courage and the Holy Spirit. Above all He bestows upon him long life and He regards him as his servant who maintains his people, animals, the disabled, orphans and the poor. The Lord does not shorten the lives of such givers but He lengthens them so that they can continue to do his good service of maintenance.
4. The early fathers, Abraham and Jacob, also paid the tithe. Jacob appreciated the full significance of the offering of the tithe, therefore, he promised to offer it to the Lord should He bless him and he return prosperous from Mesopotamia where he was going to visit his uncle Laban with nothing in hand but only a rod. Gen. 28:22; Prov. 3:9-10. So if anyone is out of a job or is not faring well in business he, like Jacob, ought to make similar promise to the Lord and God will surely respond. But dare not delay the fulfillment of this promise.
5. Abraham also offered the tithe to the high priest Melchizedek, king of Salem, "And blessed be the most high god, which hath delivered thine enemies into thine hand. And he gave him tithes of all. " Genesis 14:20. Again, the Lord himself said all the first fruits of the earth should be his. "And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruits of the tree, is the Lord's: it is holy unto the Lord." Levit. 27:30. But we all become robbers of God because we ignore the offering of the tithe; "Even form the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me and l will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return? Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me, But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings." Mal.3: 7-8. And so our wealth becomes worthless, and those whose wealth is of some worth are deprived of the necessary health so as not to be able to enjoy their wealth. Even the lucky ones who are able to pile up a great wealth are deprived of long life so that, they do not enjoy their acquisition for long because they are all robbers of God.
6. The New Testament also affirms the significance of the offering of the tithe. Refer 2 Cor. 8:1- 8 & 12; 2 Cor. 9:7; Acts 2:42-47; Acts 5:4. But above all, the offering of the tithe serves as saving and nourishment for the future and the life hereafter; because it is these tithes, which provide our needs in the life thereafter. Many there are who appreciate the significance of the offering of the tithe but they offer this with grudge and selfishness. These sorts of offerings are not acceptable unto God for, the more the offering the greater the savings. "There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty." Prov. 11:24. So also are some people who only offer the tithe according to the greatness of their wealth and omit the weightier matters of the law of god. Matt. 23:23. It is worthy of us to offer tithes however small our wealth may be. Whatever God gives us we should offer tithes of the same proportionately.
HOW THE TITHE SHOULD BE GIVEN
1. The first offspring of any animal is the Lord's. "All the firstling males that come of thy herd and of thy flock thou shalt sanctify unto the Lord they God: thou shalt do no work with firstling of they sheep." Deut. 15:19. And all others that may be sold the expenses should be deducted and the net profit divided into ten parts and one given unto the Lord. Also, the first crop yield of the farm should be given unto the Lord and when subsequent yields are sold the net profit should be divided into ten parts and one part given unto the Lord. Salary and wage earners should deduct their normal expenses from their monthly earnings and one-tenth of the net earning should be given unto the Lord.
2. All tithes are for the Lord and the chief of the ministers is entitled to this for the ministry. Heb. 7:7; Gen. 14: 20; Deut. 14:22-25. Because the earning power of the giver is graciously bestowed on him by the Lord, there is no reason why the giver should in any account indulge in vain boastings of his gifts to the Lord. Because of this it is a curse for a member of the society or the church to advertise his efforts or the results of his efforts in behalf of the church. His punishment will be as that of Nebuchadnezzar who was punished because of his vain boasting.
3. God has endowed the chief ministers with the spirit of appeasement, teaching and supplication on behalf of mankind; so when church members receive their blessings from the Lord, they should in turn thank Him for his gracious mercy. He has also endowed his chief ministers with the power to bless his people to achieve their attainments in the form of wealth or greatness as Melchizedek blessed Abraham. Heb. 7:17. As such it is obligatory on the members of the Society to obey the head of the church who possesses the divine power to bless them to become kings, ministers, merchants, farmers etc. Without obedience we cannot realize the blessings of God; for, obedience is evidence of our respect and humility to god.
4. It should be realized that all blessings flow from god and all should flow back to Him. Is it not out of three grains of corn that so much multiply that we get a barn of corn? We ought not to boast nor refer to our donations to god as He alone is the author of all good things and He alone can boast. May the grace of God the most High, His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit abide with you all to do every righteous work with good grace of the Lord. Amen.
THE IMPORTANT PERIODS: WEIGH IT
FOREWORD
This booklet is an announcement to members of the revelation Society from the
Lord's message, which came to his servant, Wovenu on August 25, 1963 concerning the evil days [days of temptation], which will set in. The revelation came as an instruction from the Lord Jesus to members of the Society or
Christians that they should not fall into temptations through the time, many people have the wrist watch. I am advising every member of the society to try and use this booklet every day for his won steadfastness in Christ.
My kind regards to the family of saints. Mawu Fe ame C.K.N. Wovenu New Tadzewu August 27, 1963
THE REVELATION ITSELF
Wovenu, it is l, your Redeemer, speaking to you. My message is that wherever you are standing or sitting, whatever you are seeing or hearing, let your observations and what you hear in those places be in accordance with God's measuring tape. This means take the measuring tape, which is God's laws and ordinances and use it to measure those things you have seen or heard to see if they measure up or are in agreement or not. Let your people and the Society know of this things very message. This measuring tape should be a wristwatch on the wrist of everyone under the sun. For l have seen the spirit of temptation which has broken loose like a goat from its restraining rope and everyone who does not put on this measuring wrist watch will become a sudden victim and culprit at once. Therefore write a booklet on this message and put the design of a measuring tape or a measuring scale on it. Everyone without exception, present on that day should see to obtain and keep a copy, so that the period of temptation or the harmattan wind of temptation imminent or passing should not break the fence around you and your people. Choose the name of the booklet from these: test it and weigh it. Its contents should be brief and its price low. As salt is an essential mineral but its price is low, so should the price of the booklet be so that everyone aspiring after spiritual life should be able to buy and read. Thanks.
INTERPRETATIONS
Man's adversary, Satan, is every day and every second roaming through
every nook and corner of the world seeking people to destroy. It is he who has mad himself a wild animal prowling for the sons of men to damage mercilessly. Read 1 Peter5: 8. Even in the presence of Christ himself, this
wicked enemy, Satan, comes and hides to destroy mercilessly those whose souls are being guarded. One day, Satan came and hid himself for the disciples of the Lord and aimed at some important ones amongst them in order to let their
faith falter under all circumstances but the Lord saw him and so warned that particular disciples to be vigilant and steadfast. Luke 22: 31-32. Yes, so it is always that no one should ever think that he is free from this world war
or crusade. The slight unguardedness can cause the fall from grace like the pebble that drops to the bottom of a river and is lost. As the voice of the vigilant one, Christ, resounded in the ears of Peter on that day, so is the
voice of He who is the guardian of our souls resounding to you and me to warn of this crusade. The scripture says that whosoever thinks as a means to accuse you." Matt. 26:46.
THE WEAPONS OF DEFENCE
The Lord, according to his revelation, has given us a measuring tape or a weighing scale with which we should deliver ourselves from the hands of this enemy. To my understanding, the scale and measuring tape mean the laws and ordinances, which God has established for use in this world of his because it is He who has created the world and the myriad of things therein; and, it is He who has permitted the approach to and use of each of them; there is nothing existing without Him. In the end, God raised up his hands and blessed everything to be just as it pleased Him to create it. For this reason, the Lord Jesus clearly explained the secret word and the mighty power daily shaking the earth and the heaven to his disciples through the prayer he taught them.
THE SECRET POWER OF GOD
"Our Father who art in the heavens, Thy will be done on earth," is not a mere statement. It is power and words, which God has sent out on an errand: A command given to the world, words or power, which he has sent to the whole world. It is only the will of God, which will stand the heat of the sun, the moon, nights and days of this world so that anything, which issues or is sounding without it, is entirely consumed by the fires of these powers. The Lord, through his love, revealed this to his disciples. This is why he has inserted the statement in the first of the four sections of his prayer. The inclusion of the statement in the first section of the prayer shows us its unchangeable truth.
INTERPRETATION OF "THY WILL BE DONE"
This statement is God's great power, which is like a tornado or a great storm. This statement is the power removing everything, which is in existence without the will of God. The very statement is the scale or balance for all, servants of God in the heavens or on the earth which guides them from acting amiss; because if anything worth doing is weighed with the will of God and is found to be well balanced, then no error or evil ensues. This very statement is the protection of all children of God.
HOW CAN THIS POWER BE RECOGNIZED AMONG THE CHILDREN OF MEN ON THIS EARTH?
While the Lord spoke to Mawu fe Ame on August 25, he informed him that the spirits that entice people to commit mistakes or sin are let loose in the world like goats and dogs meaning that certain things will cause every kind of person to be so offended that they will enter the traps of Satan, the cunning devil. For this reason, he advised that whatever is heard or seen, though or imagined or everything that enters a man should be weighed with the established ordinances of God to see if they are in accordance with the will of God. It is advisable to weigh everything—speech, action, gait, thought, sight, hearing, drinking or every other wish with the laws and ordinances if god and leave at once that which is contrary to them. Now, if a person does not exercise patience at this time, if he does not wait and measure or weigh his action carefully, he will fall into temptation, commit an error under all circumstances and the enemy, will arrest and enslave him and destroy him completely. Therefore, I am advising whoever has any wish to put it before one, two or three persons for their counsel about it for a good choice, which will guard him from making a mistake or committing sins.
WHEN SHOULD THE USE OF THIS POWER [WEIGHING] STOP?
The Lord told his servants that the weighing or testing of things with the will of God or with his laws and ordinances should be like a wrist watch on the wrist of the living always.
WHEN DID SATAN, THE ENEMY, BEGIN TO TEMPT MAN?
From the day Satan and his servants were cast out of heaven up to this day, they began waging the war of temptation with everyone who worships God. The enemy through this warfare has gathered many people unto himself whom he reports daily.
IS THIS WEIGHING BY MAN, GOOD IN ONLY TIMES OF TEMPTATION OR AT ALL OTHER TIMES TOO?
As often as the children of God are using this power, it will be beneficial to them not only in the enemy's war against them but their continuous weighing will lead them into every path of peace because the traitor will not find any charge to prefer against them to render them sleepless. Above all, it prospers them in all their undertakings in life. They prosper and live in peace everywhere they are because there is no report or stain about any of their possessions.
CONCLUSION
Howbeit, l think that whosoever wishes to escape this evil war, needs a serious
study of these words through the reading of this booklet; and, besides this, everyone should pray always so that the spirit of God should be at his side like a light placed on a lampstand in the dark. May the blessing of
God abide with you all in the name of our loving Lord Jesus Christ.

OBEDIENCE IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE
C.K.N. Wovenu New Tadzewu December 1998 Obedience in accordance with
God's command invariably results in the fulfillment of our requirements. In this way, we do achieve far more from God than we could have through our own struggle. The disobeying of God's commandments,
declarations, ordinances and statues is not merely transgression against divine order, but indeed an abomination. Any act of disobedience to God is worse than the practicing of divination and worshipping of idols. Neither
the blood of ox nor billy goat could ever wash away your sins in your lifetime and the life hereafter. In 1 Sam. 15:22, the prophet Samuel posed the question, "Does the Lord desire offerings and sacrifices as he
desires obedience? Look, "To obey is better than sacrifice and to listen to Him than the fat of rams. "This is the end of the matter: you have heard it all. Fear God and obey his commandments; there is no more to man than
this. For, God brings everything we do to judgment; and every secret, whether good or bad." Eccl. 12; 13-14 The Apostle Paul in his letter to Timothy emphasized that godliness with contentment is great gain. 1 Tim. 6:6
God Jehovah does not feel contented with people who commit sins or do not observe His commandments. If a person is pleasing in the sight of God, He completely satisfies that person with all his or her requirements.
Such a person does indeed observe God's commandments, ordinances, and statutes to the letter. However, if God Jehovah who created us does not feel contented with us, we surely become destitute and devoid of His blessings.
Should such persons even use dubious means to obtain riches, he or she stands to forfeit it all and will never regain it. The biblical King Saul completely lost not only his kingship but also his greatness and high status
and finally he died confusedly. As it was with King Saul so will it be with all and sundry. History reveals how many a noble or great men; kings giant associations have completely disappeared into oblivion.
God Jehovah ordained the Ten Commandments and has been urging to obey them in order to certainly make this world a paradise. God, the Creator declared thus: Six things the Lord hates, yes, seven things are detestable
to him. And these are: - a proud eye, a false tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a hear that forges thoughts of mischief, and feet that run swiftly to do evil; a false witness telling a pack of lies and one who stirs up
quarrels between brothers. Prov. 6: 16-19. Who can conjecture that the things god his creator hates or detests, he will be able to do them and get deliverance from sin? If any person contemplates to do the things God hates
and receives blessings or spiritual redemption, that person must be of disordered mind, insane. Even now a days at the high work places and among the Professionals, people vie for higher posts or promotions, regardless of
keeping God's commandments. Therefore they will never attain their objectives. Seeking for promotion while acting in a disobedient manner debars them from attaining the good fortune they are badly in need of, because God the
Creator is simply holding them up to ridicule. If a person is in a contented state, fabulously rich, not at all in need, but his behavior is very bad or he does some of the things the Lord hates, he will invariably be
heading for ruin and he himself will be unaware exactly when or how disaster strike him.
Oh! Grandfathers and Grandmothers, young men, young women and
children, do not seek for vain glories. Rather, you must persevere hard to do God's will in all respects. Do not be frightened and neglects this precious word. "obedience" for it is worthwhile for you as an individual and in
society generally. Do not deceive each other. Do not commit adultery. Do not have sexual affair with your neighbor's wife. Young men and women must desist having sexual affair unto they properly married. Employees
should not cheat on their employers and colleagues, since such acts do not bring any blessing. Married couples should enrich their love for each other by remaining truthful. Their relationship should be devoid of
wickedness and deceit and should always forgive one another. Children should obey their parents as decreed by the Lord. When a person sins against his neighbor and shows remorse, then that neighbor should forgive
that person. All should put aside anxiety and be guided by humility. Employees should work very hard at their jobs and should not hold their neighbors in hatred for the sun to set over it. No one should
take away anything that does not belong to him without the permission to do so. Those who disregard this piece of advice would not be able to escape the Lord's sanction. Everyone should endeavor to eschew evil,
as this would prevent diseases among the people. Ex. 15:26. Do not eat anything that the Lord does not approve of, either carcass or blood. Pray incessantly, seize the initiative yourself. You do not require anyone
to prompt you to go where you could seek blessings. Oh, Nations! The Lord's beloved Nation, be attentive, open your eyes and observe this wide field. God the Creator does not make provision for any sacrifice of atonement
that would forestall punishment for the disobedient. Ah! Recall the cordial relationship between the prophet Moses and God. Which of you is of the opinion that if Moses had sinned would be forgiven? God instructed
Moses to assemble the Nation and to acknowledge before them that all water belongs to Him (God) before striking the rock with the rod. Moses however, did not comply this instruction. God queried Moses why he did not acknowledge His
ownership of the water before the people. In consequence, He asked Moses to climb a mountain and survey the Promised Land, but that he would never set foot there. Deut. 3:27. God's pronouncements that day, no doubt are
still relevant and valid for us today, He does discriminate. If God were partial through the provision of atonement sacrifice, Moses would have been a beneficiary. You are thus entreated to obey and conform to the ordinances that
the Lord has given you. Members of the Church and employees must be obedient to their respective masters. Obedience is like a string that rakes in fortunes for man during his lifetime. There is no sacrifice
that atones for insubordination or disrespect for authority. Refusing to play the game according to the rules could cause serious disruption and eventual sanctions. Some self-conceited persons flout rules and
regulations with contempt. Do consider the Lord's creation of the Sun and the Moon. They daily follow the course that the Lord has designated for them. Any one who surrounds himself with a fence of obedience becomes a symbol of
beauty that surpasses gold and silver. God wants obedience to reign supreme in the world that He created. Workers should therefore submit to their superiors like servants to their masters. Obedience could transform them and
make tem shine as the sun does. Anyone who does not make the effort to understand and conform accordingly would spell his or her own doom. In the course of constructing the Ark of the Covenant, God decreed that unauthorized
persons should not handle it. Uzzah, however handle it and was instantly killed by God. 1 Chron. 13:9-10 The sons of Aaron, Nadab and Abihu were consumed by fire because they presented unlawful fire, which the Lord had not
prescribed for them. Lev. 10: 1-2. Again, God decreed that persons not assigned to do specified jobs in the Ministry must restrain themselves from doing so. Numb. 4:17-20. Oh you, the nation of God, take note and
heed the good counsel of Ecclesiastes 12: 13. I wish you all the Season's blessings. If it pleases God the Creator, we shall meet again, if not in this world, then the world hereafter. May the Lord abide with you, l
wish you all a Merry X'mas and a prosperous new year. Please do enjoy your stay--- Amen! |
